Hey there, my name is Calum Dixon, a designer born, raised and based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I’m currently studying Full Time Interaction Design at the Belfast School of Art, taking the next steps needed towards creating a better world, through better design. While not in class you can find me teaching myself new techniques, slaving away on a side project or at your local design meetups.
GLU.CO was a project created over the span of a week during a micro-publications workshop held by Christopher Murphy. The product I came up with was a smart insulin pen that could help my diabetic brother manage his blood sugar levels by removing the guesswork and potential for human error.
